As a new, revolutionary method of adding length and volume, LA Weave hair extensions are perfect for transforming all hair types. Free from glue, heat, bonds, plaits and braids, there will be absolutely no damage to your natural hair.
Trained by the creator of the LA Weave, Lacy Locks are authorised technicians in this innovate hair extension technique. Although the LA Weave is somewhat similar to the traditional weave, the method has been modernised to no longer require tight braids, helping to maintain the health of your natural locks. Instead, colour-matched weft hair extensions are carefully sewn into sections of the hair, secured by a row of micro rings. The micro rings act as a foundation of the LA Weave; the weft extensions are then applied on top and sewn into place.
As only two to three rows of extensions are fitted during an LA Weave, it remains the kindest application method. The weft is measured to fit perfectly across the diameter of your scalp, allowing the weight of the extensions to be evenly distributed, causing no tension on the scalp or hair follicles. This also enables the extensions to lie flat on the scalp, achieving a natural appearance, ideal if you regularly wear your hair in an up-do.
Due to the seamless application process of the LA Weave, hair extensions take just one hour to fit, making it one of the quickest methods to add length and volume.
We would always recommend booking an appointment every 6 to 10 weeks to maintain your LA Weave hair extensions, depending on how quick your natural hair grows. During maintenance appointments, the extensions will be removed and refitted.
When booking your LA Weave, you are free to choose between 28 different colours, along with six ombre styles. Lacy Locks will always work with you to ensure that your extensions perfectly match your natural hair for a seamless appearance.
If your extensions are well-maintained and remain in immaculate condition, the hair used for your LA Weave will last anywhere from six to nine months before a replacement is required.
